My mission is to help women who love movement—dancers, athletes, weekend warriors—to return to the active lifestyle and level of performance that makes them truly fulfilled. I use my extensive background as an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist, BASI- Certified Pilates Instructor, lover of movement, and former professional dancer to help women navigate injury, pain, pelvic pressure or leakage. I focus on empowering women with the tools and education they need to take their healing and performance enhancement into their own hands and into their future life adventures.
